What a ridiculous waste of time. Because no one was available to sign me out when I picked up the truck on Saturday, December 13, 2025, I was forced to use the app for pick up and return. It took 25 minutes to get the key and another 45 minutes trying to complete in inspection upload (which never was successful, but with key in hand I went on my way. At the return, another 40 minutes trying to complete the return check-in. Again, unsuccessful upload and again I returned the key and left. I will never go through that experience again.

WILLIAM HThe 5×9 ramp trailer with built in wheel chock worked great for my harley-davidson street glide. More than enough length. If you need to trailer your bike ,this is a great option.
