After goong to pick up my U-Haul reservation at the south side location, no one arrived there. I went to Dams location and she efficiently and professionally helped me. She was patient kind and calm as she re booked me in to another unit of the same size. We were moving i to our new house that day and she helped make it not only happen but so smoothly as well.
