The contactless pick up is useless. Uhaul wants you to provide 2 references plus your employer before releasing the information from a website that freezes and stalls when you go to load it on your phone. Uhaul also will lie to you. I booked a truck in Camrose, was told 2 days prior that it wasn't available in Camrose, but I could get it in Wetaskiwin. I asked why they couldn't pick it up in Wetaskiwin and bring it to Camrose for me to use and they offered to not charge me mileage if I picked it up in Wetaskiwin. They charged me mileage to go from Wetaskiwin to Camrose and return (84km round trip). Uhaul will be a last resort recommendation.
