The truck seats were dirty and the engine light was on. We had to drive one hour from Edmonton to pick up the truck and one hour back. Which used gas that we were not compensated for. We booked the truck more than a month before the move and requested an Edmonton pickup location and one day before picking up the truck we were told that there was no truck available for us in Edmonton. Totally unacceptable 😡
