Jodie was absolutely a pleasure to meet and work with. She has awesome customer service etiquette and helpful to make sure you are satisfied and safe for your journey. As far as price, I'm not very pleased with that. I ended up paying over $175 more at pick up than what I have already prepaid when I made the reservation. My final cost should not have changed, all this was discussed prior to pick up. I'm dissatisfied with the unexpected higher of cost.
