The lady at the front desk was really rude, I was asking questions about if she can send me the receipt so I can pay it and she told me she couldn’t. if I didn’t have the money now that why did go rent the U-Haul first of all that was really rude secondly I only had a certain amount on my card since it was my first time renting me as I had stated to her. She then proceeded to say she didn’t know anything about what was going to happen if she didn’t get the money now and told me I had that pay it right he then and there. She also told me she couldn’t close my account because it was going to pull my money out as soon as I took it back which in fact didn’t it took it out as soon as she put in the system. She Got a bit loud with me and stood up like she was angry which I’m guessing because I was trying to figure out how it all worked as I had stated to her it was my first time. She told me she’s never had anyone go in and not pay for it and keep stating if I didn’t have it why did I go in, which wasn’t the case because I did but I only added to my card a certain amount of money. She proceeded to say again she couldn’t close my account and I couldn’t leave without paying right then and there then switched it up saying now she could close it after saying she couldn’t and that it would send me and email about what else I owed and I can pay that online. I did ask her how many days it gives me to pay it just because I was busy moving and I needed to make sure I paid it before the deadline and she told me she didn’t know anything and told me I was going to have charges to my name to my id etc I asked what kind of charges again it’s my first time so I’m just asking questions and she said charges your going to have charges I then ask again okay what kind she said ohhhhh I don’t know. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT A U-HAUL FROM WHATRON (the one passed HEB) because she was really rude and STATED she didn’t know anything to everything I was asking and questioning about.

MARGARET KI actually locked my personal keys in uhaul at dropoff. They were closed but they came and opened up to give me keys outta drop box to retrieve my personal keys. All within 30 mins. Very satisfied.
