Bryan GThis was my first time renting a U-Haul, and I'm relieved to say that it was a very smooth experience! I'm just moving a town over, so I didn't go through the hassle of cross-country travel; however, I will say that this particular location made it even easier being right next to a gas station for the last refill! Thank you to the very kind and helpful owner for making things so easy for me!
Katelyn DI had a very hard time understanding the agent who helped us. Also, U=Haul forced us to travel to two locations unnecessarily to pick up the truck and the car carrier. After picking up the truck, we traveled across Denver to get the carrier, which had 26' trucks on site.
