Ensure proper equipment is available - I reserved a 15' truck and ended up with a 20' one. I also reserved a furniture dolly (which would have been very helpful) and was told when I go there they didn't have one available.

Dropped the truck off with the required 1/4 of gas ( at least that was what the truck gas gauge read ) . Get an email later that day that my credit card was charged $57 dollars for gas and service fee. If that is the case you need to fix the gas gauge in that particular truck. Not happy!!
