The lady at the counter who rented the truck to us was absolutely sweet and friendly. She was slammed busy but still helped us, and with a smile.
CHRISTINA MNon regular hour drop off. U-Haul app walked me through check out process. Very easy. Only confusion was the actual key drop off box. Once I located it, was fairly obvious.
