For whatever reason, I'm being charged an extra fee. Perhaps you notified my guys when they picked it up but there should have been a better communicated extra cost for drop off. When we went to drop the trailer, no one would answer the phone/text. I had to call a non disclosed number I grabbed from Google maps to actually talk to someone. Boo!!
