Broderick MCami was super helpful and very nice. I was thankful that she took care of everything I needed, as I needed it, instead of sending me to another "self serve" link. This helped ease my moving experience and I will be using this location again for future needs.
Katie HThe lady was very nice but I had to drive to the location from the town I lived in because they didn't have the truck size I needed available. I thought that was the point of a reservation. It took an hour of our time to have to go get it out of town.
angie MI have no concern to complaints. The young lady Cami was very helpful acknowledge of the truck its rental and procedures. Very pleasant to speak with very good with customer service and mannerism overall was excellent. I would recommend anyone in the surrounding area reach out to Cami if you ever need a rental. It sure does help on the third-party knows their business and how to conduct their business.
