Sherry ITake the customer to the truck and make sure it has at least a half tank of gas or more. Make sure that you can lift the back door up with no problem
RAMON RUhaul was dirty when I received it. Had old boxes and a pallet in the back. Uhaul had less then 1/4 tank of gas when I picked up. Uhaul also didn't have working heat. When I dropped off truck I was charged for 40 miles when in reality I only used it for 11 miles. I was also charged a fueling fee and charged 2 gallons of gas when I put the gas in myself because the vehicle was almost empty when I used it. Never renting from this location or uhaul again
