I do not have a smart phone, so I chose front desk pick-up. My reservation was later transferred to this location. Unfortunately, this business is closed on Sundays, but that was my moving day. There was no one there to give me the keys. The system doesn't discriminate whether a business is open or not when you choose front desk pick-up. I had to drive to two additional Uhaul locations to rent a truck. This process delayed me an hour. I really wish my reservation, which I made about a week in advance, was not transferred to this location. Uhaul needs the distinction of mobile pick up or front desk pick up in the system.

Bob SThey did not know how to connect the truck to the trailer or load my vehicle. They installed the tire straps wrong and I had to go to a U-Haul dealership to get it switched out and put on properly. They had a local civilian that did not work for Uhual that helped load.
