The people were actually really great and accommodating. However, processing for a simple trailer took entirely too long and staff wasn’t well informed on how to complete the transaction. Seemed like a newer business/venture, so makes sense.
LOUIS MFirst of all, the young woman who was working, could not get the trailer connected to the truck without my help. when I arrived back home, I found the trailer was locked with a padlock. When I called you for help you suggested I return driving across town 20 minutes each way, but then informed me that they would be closed when I got there. I was transferred three times on the phone to find a solution so that I could continue packing. I eventually found someone myself to cut the lock off the trailer. No compensation was offered for this huge inconvenience.
KATHLEEN HI was nervous because I never placed a car on a trailer. The owner was kind enough to meet me at the location and do it for me. Very kind.
