It took 40 minutes for us to get the truck. The clerk was rude and didn’t act like she had a clue as to what to do. The wipers DID NOT work and it was raining. She didn’t check anything.

The shop I went to for the key was closed, after calling the customer service number, we found out the man who was supposed to open the store was late. 30 minutes later a man showed up hindering our limited moving time and throwing off our schedule. Mind you this location was 30 minutes way.
