Do a walk around inspection prior having the customer take possession of the equipment. The drop off had a very small parking area which made it difficult to monuever the truck into place and off the road.

KAMIEL HThe truck was unsafe and totally dirty inside & out, no equipment, customer service was horrible, not professional and not friendly. If in the future if you were to run out of rentals and send me back to this location I would most definitely cancel my reservations.
