Mr. Mc’s Market gets what is dropped off or sent to them. The tow dolly passenger side ratchet wouldn’t disengage to unwind the strap. Neither when I picked it up, nor when I was trying to get the car off.

Very nice gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) worked at a steady pace being the only employee there and super friendly.

PATRICK CDo a walk around inspection prior having the customer take possession of the equipment. The drop off had a very small parking area which made it difficult to monuever the truck into place and off the road.
