I did after hour drop off, so I didn't get to speak to any personnel.
DANIEL DNo dolly in the truck (which was on my order confirmation email and the app). Last minute change of pick up location 60 miles out of my way. Reserved weeks in advance and still refused to honor that reservation. Poor poor way to do business. I gave 2 stars instead of one because I got a tiny discount before pick up day. But then no dolly our quick move turned into extra hours lugging all the boxes without the dolly I reserved. DO BETTER.
JASON TNEVER will I use UHaul again. Our reservation was not actually a reservation I found out. This isn't a reflection of the local (Adams Automotive) vendor, but your online system. The lady who booked it didn't even bother to look at the hours of operation for the local vendor so we called ahead and were told they were closed. A total mess!
