We dropped off after hours, so we didn't interact with any personnel. This location was very hard to find and not well lit, if it weren't for someone being at a business close by we would never have found the location. We wandered around in the dark and finally found how to drive to the drop off site, and then had to hunt to find the drop box. A little bit of lighting would have been very helpful.

CHRIS JNo one was present at the facility. Called customer service to confirm drop off. This location was very convenient to drop off from location that furniture was delivered.
ELIZABETH WThe first 6x12 trailer had a flat tire. Came back and got another trailer. But the roof of this one leaked inside, causing my furniture to get wet and damaged. Not a good experience.
