Take time to clean out your truck. The rental I utilized has a bad smell of urine in which I wasn’t able to clean out and now my items in storage smell like urine. Also, the dishonesty from the merchant who said they’ll be at the location to provide me the key was not good for the overall customer experience. Finally, my pick up time was at 11:30am and I didn’t finally get access to the key for the truck until 1:50pm which was AFTER drive to a U-Haul location in New Castle in hopes to get a different truck just to find out I couldn’t cause I already had started the pick up process through the app for the other location in Wilmington for 11:30am. Please do better next time for the next customer that requires your services.
