This location was an unprofessional location for Uhual to direct us to. The owner was asleep when we arrived, delaying any assistance he could have offered. The truck was full of bulky metal material, preventing us from just picking it up on our own. After the owner finally woke up to assist us he made it very obvious we were not his priority, even though we had been waiting 45 minutes. He mentioned he was not aware that we were coming to pick up the truck, probably because he was sleeping at 3 pm on a Thursday. Luckily there was another truck we were able to take. The location was unwelcoming and the process of getting our truck was disappointing, to say the least.

The person asked ME to unhook it from the vehicle and leave it in the yard and he would get to it later! I asked him to do that and he did reluctantly . Then I asked for a receipt of returning it or sign something? he said no need for one. That's odd I thought..he said I can go now
