Equipment was fine, but the location would not answer their phone so we could see if the unit was available for an earlier pickup. Very frustrating since we had to drive a lot further to pick it up. Very glad they were able to locate one for me, but it would have been more convenient if they could have had it with our uhaul truck.
Novella FUnfortunately, I don’t have any improvements for the next customer. However, this location has been probably one of the easiest times I’ve ever rented a U-Haul friendly staff, clean truck well maintained and they were willing to go the extra mile for you.
