Sent on an hour out of my way to get to this location that was changed from the original which was very close by. The people were nice but the parking lot to get in was terrible mud holes. Wear boots on a rainy day. i had a hard time pulling out as a someone not used to driving a big truck.

REBA HWe could not get a signal for the GPS in order to use the uhaul application to pickup the truck. We had to call twice to get assistance. Took an hour to do this. There's was no place to leave the lock for the truck. There was trash and it was difficult to get around the truck to do an inspection.
