This U-Haul location is super convenient and close to me, which made things easy right off the bat. Before my pickup, I was in touch with the owner, Jose—he was incredibly communicative and offered top-notch customer service. When I arrived in person, he was just as kind and professional as he was over the phone! He’s personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sara-hi (hope I got her name right!), who was assisting him—she was vibrant, friendly, and so helpful. Together, they’re a fantastic team. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future moves and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing U-Haul services!
