The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful in hitching up and inspecting ligbts when renting the trailer and helpful unhitching . He also went out of his way to make sure that I was set for reservations for a 9 day rental at the end of the month when the app said that it wasn't available and sent me to another Uhaul dealer. Thank you for all your help!
RAYMOND LWe were to pick up our truck before the office opened so were doing it on our phone but couldn't complete the pick up because it wouldn't go beyond a certain point. We then waited until they opened at 9am to pick up our truck. The were very friendly and helpful but the pick up remotely didn't work.
