I had requested two dozen moving blankets. Only one dozen was available when I picked up the truck. I said “ OK. Just make sure that I only get billed for one dozen. “. When i received my online receipt, after returning the truck 12 hours early and with more fuel in it than when I had received it, I was still billed for 2 dozen moving blankets. Is U Haul going to reimburse me for the extra $10 charged? I need another truck in 3 days, but won’t use UHaul, if I get charged for a product that I did not receive. Please reply with a response soon.

I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 10 am. When I arrive to the facility, the truck was not ready. It was covered with snow and the first issue was there was no connectivity to check me in to take the truck. The next issue was they couldn’t find the keys. And then when I was there, they had to take my credit card information over the phone with the third-party that I didn’t see and didn’t know which made me very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I was on a tight schedule and it took 45 minutes for me to get my truck. This is unacceptable and I will avoid using U-Haul in the future. Also, U-Haul makes you do a lot of self work now in order to take the truck. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to take pictures and I had to take inside pictures and outside pictures and it was cold and it was snowing and it delayed me taking the truck even longer.

John MSecond time in a week I had to rent a vehicle here, and it was an easy time getting it and returning it, and the time it took to adjust my deposit for my usage was minimal if nonexistent. Just so easy and the lady I've spoken with twice has been chill. Said it before, but will be back.
