How U-Haul Reviews Work1st…. I booked a fridge dolly and a furniture dolly I found out 2 days before that fridge dolly was not available. Took me 4 hours and countless calls to U-Haul to find one. One of the agents told me he had 5 callers in his queue and didn’t have time to help me find one. I had short set of stairs at each location so really needed one . Finally found one at huge extra cost to me. Then, I pick up the truck and no furniture dolly. Many pieces of fur utter were damage being pushed and pulled down the hallways. Hall floor in new building was scratched, costing me over $500 to repair Truck had no air conditioning and I have severe asthma and it was a hot day. Did not make me happy at all. The location was great and very pleasant to deal with
