The pick up location was dirty and smelled. It was off-putting.

WILLIAM LThe man who “helped” us was AWFUL, incredibly rude and even stated he’d “ensure the charge for dropping off the vehicle after hours would be added” when in fact it was 9:04 upon drop off and their hours CLEARLY STATE 7am-10pm but he insisted that we google it even when we showed him the hours. What a moron will never use this location again.
NATHAN RI reserved the truck to be picked up at the Forest Glade location as I also rented a dolly and blankets. The day before, the pickup location changed to this location. While the person helped as best he could there were no blankets or dolly. The inside of the truck was filthy. I reserved for an 8am pick up. The pickup location didn't open until 830am. Overall, lots of frustration on an already stressful day.
