i honestly can't think of any improvement. Ann is pleasant and professional, the location is close to my home. the rate is reasonable (though a customer ALWAYS wants a lower price!) , Equip is always in good condition - this time the door was a little "sticky" to open- just seemed to be catching on something but wasn't a problem. Being able to drop off after hours is VERY helpful.
NEIL MWe didnt talk with any personnel because we dropped off while they were closed. But it was close to our house.
JARROD OThe lady helping me was professional, polite, friendly and competent. She was helpful when we needed to extend our rental for a couple days. The location is handy to access equipment, priced well, and while they don't inventory a lot of equipment they have what I need. I will be renting again soon from them and have mentioned them to a neighbor already.
