I would recommend always calling them and they’ll give you a better deal than what’s on the app online. They’ve been there when I needed them and I really appreciate them. Definitely use the app. Take pictures before leaving location and when dropping off and don’t really need to talk or see anyone super easy.Must download and use the app

The phone app was difficult to use and had many errors. Would not save the return and kept deleting the photos. Not saving or completing the drop off/pick up.

Marjorie LThere were a couple small hiccups that i didn't have the first time i rented the truck.....i received an email saying that my truck would be an hour late, when i got there at the regular time the WAS there!? But the only person that could check me out was running late.... other than that i still trust the company and will continue to use your truck's.
