The location of pickup was 210 miles away from where initial pickup location. I was not compensated for the Uber that costed me $300 to pick up the truck.

I don't how you would improve. Very happy with the service. When I arrived they had the U-hall ready. They answered all my questions.
SCOTT BThis location did all they could to fix the MESS THAT U-HAUL created. U-HAUL does not seem to understand the meaning of the word "RESERVATION". When I reserve a 15' truck to be picked up in Winner, that is my expectation, not a 10' truck and a trailer with no ramp that my freezer is too tall to fit in and has to be picked up 50 miles away. The extra driving to get it and the incorrect equipment is inexcusable. This isn't D&J's fault, it's U-HAULs.
