We did not receive the car hauler that we had ordered and were assured that it would work for our needs. Our truck did not fit on it so we returned it to the Winkler location right away and we never got reimbursed for uhaul's screw up.
CODY UThe vehicle was not cleaned out before we picked it up. We had to purchase oil and washer fluid as the oil was needed, and the washer fluid was empty. The vehicle itself, shook like it had no shocks as it hit every crack in the road, whether loaded or not loaded. U-Haul should maintain their vehicles properly.
ROBIN KI called him to talk to them. They were really speaking English and they asked me to put me on hold and then they hang up the phone on me.
