My reservation was for 10 am. The store was supposed to open at 10 am. The staff member pulled into the parking lot at 10:15; it's not a huge wait, but it was very stressful to not have a clue what was going on and if I was going to get my rental. I called the store location multiple times and it went straight to voicemail. The vehicle was clean enough in the cab, but the back was filthy. Tons of dust and dirt, quite a few nails and screws etc on the floor, but the worst was an opened condom wrapper lying on the floor. Gross.
