The guy was friendly enough but he was the only one there and was limited to be able to do everything properly. This led to no inspection of the truck or the trailer and ultimately resulted in an extremely poor experience with U-Haul. See comments on other reservations

This was truly the most horrible experience. I rented from this location almost a year ago and called and made a report about how the tail lights were out on the truck and I wasnt able to use it after dark. Unfortunately I had to use Northwest sporting goods again because All-star stoage didn't have any rentals available. When I got in the truck there was less then 3/4 gas, it was 2 margins below. I only drove 13 miles that day. When I went to return the truck I notice the lights on the truck were not working and I had my daughter with me. I drove the truck back to the store and went and bought a gas can and add 2 gallons of gas so I wouldn't have to drive it in the dark withot tail lights. This is 10 months later and they never fixed the truck. God forbid there is an accident because I've reported this twice now. If it wasn't for my fiance following me I could have been rearended. They then went on to charge me the additional gas and refill charge on top of everything else. I can't wait to post this all over.

Clean trucks thoroughly prior to renting so your customer does not have to. THIS INCLUDES THE CAB!!! check the truck in with the customer so that fees and charges are accurate. Provide a tiny bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE to U-Haul customers, not just fisherman, hunters, etc. If you do not want to have a U-Haul business, don't, its that simple. Focus on what you are good at....sporting goods.The lack of enthusiasm and professionalism at your store concerning U-Haul truly shows its not a priority. Extremely discouraging.

Door jammed up and I spent about half an hour trying to fix it while my phone charged. He did come out right away. What I am really MAD about is that you charged my card twice. Once for 148.30 and another for 148.83. Because they are pending, I can't do anything about the charges until they go through. And you double swiped so it is pending and tying up my account. I cannot use the account until those charges are cleared. Imagine my frustration and embarrassment when I went to the store to buy things and was unable because my funds on the account were exhausted by being double charged. Who is in charge of that policy?!!!!!!!!!!! I had driven a half hour away to buy what I needed and got declined. Not to mention now it sets me a day+ Behind until you fix it!

The interior of the cab was not clean. There were french fries on the floor and dried liquids and dirt on all seats. I had to clean everything before starting our trip. Really not acceptable for the price paid.

Northwest is a really good shop, and I've been happy to do business with them for years but when it came to my uhal rental I'm am not 100% satisfied. I drove just a hair over 12 miles, put 3 gallons of gas in the truck, and was still billed for 2.2 gallons of fuel. I guess it's my fault though I should have corrected the them on the amount in the tank before driving off the lot. Never the less not impressed.

Drop off went smooth and easy. Just dropped the key in the box during after hours. But the location was easy to get in and out of and not hard to find.
