First location no one there no equipment. Second location dispatch was told he was there and for me to hurry cause he closed at 2. I only had to wait 30 minutes for him to drive from mall.

ANTONIO AMy pick up location got switched from where I originally picked which was fine but the location I got switched to wasn’t even open for my pickup day. That location was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday after Christmas. Which I only found out because I drove to the location and saw a note posted in the door when no one picked up the phone. They should have left a voice message stating they would be closed. So then I had to go to a different location and do a Mobile pick up. For the trouble of going to a different locations there should have been a discount for the trouble and poor communication especially for how expensive the rental was.
