Had to sweep back of truck before using. Engine light was on and had engine miss.

Location was just a parking lot of a shopping center

THOMAS W- Could not find the office. No signs on building. - Uhaul was NOT swept out. Had to clean it out before using it. - Had to help hook up the trailer. Seems you should have employees working that are able to hook it up without customer help.
BARRY SBefore I arrived to this location, I went to the location at 118 N Marshall St in Winston- Salem, and the attending wasn't inviting. She also informed me that the location did not have space for a 15' truck and an auto transport. I made sure to indicate where I was dropping off on the app but was not made aware of the lack of space prior to arriving. She then directed me to the Peters Creek location, but I think it was very inconvenient and I wasn't satisfied with that. Regarding the Peters Creek location, it was a bit difficult locating the box where to drop off the keys, however, everything else was fine.
