the gentleman was very helpful
RAYMOND BAlthough I was given a hand truck with a rental price of $7.00, I was charged $12.00 for some other type of dolly. This presented problems at the return location, when they were looking for the other type of dolly that I didn't have. Also, the 'check engine' light was on.
SAm STake the franchise away from this location. The owner is rude and fraudulently charged me.
Jonathan DIt was hard to let the UHAUL go. Hers was the 3rd place I had to drive to, trying to return the truck and the automobile trailer. She then said she could not remove my car. Which I understood, because she was the only one there, running their store. PLUS: that trailer's heavy duty car rope was defective on its left side. It was VERY hard to remove. I fretted , and fretted thinking my car would be stuck on that trailer, and then I wouldn't be able to go back to my new home! *I asked another UHAUL driver for help, unwinding the left rope.
