It's criminal to rent out a truck without any windshield wiper fluid. It was quite DANGEROUS at points. The windshield was very dirty - add sun glare - and you have me driving BLIND - for stretches at a time because there was no wiper fluid to clean off the windshield. Secondly, why was I allowed to rent from this place when they did NOT have SEVERAL of the items I requested in my order. Only to tell me - at the time of rental - they didn't have either of the two dollys and only one - not two - of the appliance hand trucks I ordered. I will never use this location again. The young guy at the counter was pleasant but whomever runs the show there ought to be dressed down for poor safety and poor equipment availability. Like I had time on my big "MOVE DAY" to go track down equipment at OTHER U-haul centers, racking up mileage on the truck while doing so. In other words, get charged by Uhaul while I hunt down the equipment that I ordered. NO thanks.

These bootleg locations are a scam
Janet WVehicle had a tire valve that was glued to try and stop a leak. it didnt work... I had to stop every two hours and add air to a rear tire. This was completely an unsafe repair done. This could have caused serious injury to myself and damage to the vehicle. It cost me time and money to stop every two hours to add air from Florida to South Dakota. Bad Experience because the original truck I was supposed to get also had a flat tire and I had to go in and let the sales guy know. He then had to change the truck for another truck - that we later discovered had an issue that they tried to fix with glue.
WILLIAM EI was sent to wrong location not the locations fault and the hand trucks were not there
JAMES PIt took me 30 minutes to pick up the truck because first, the guy didn't know what he was doing, and second, customers kept coming in so I was always moved to the side.
