I called 2 days prior to ensure my trailer was available and the lady told me, “I don’t know. We’re just a drop off and pick up location, so I don’t know if your trailer is here.” That’s very poor customer service! When I arrived to pick up my trailer, they didn’t have it! How does that even happen? Thankfully, they had a larger trailer that they let us have. But, what would have happened if our vehicle wasn’t capable of towing the bigger trailer? Luckily, our vehicle was capable of towing the larger trailer, but this entire rental should have gone a lot smoother.

Rachel ARead the review I gave for picking the trailer up. If you make a reservation and expect the equipment to be there then don't send the customer to a different location. Honor the original reservation. I also asked about an AARP discount and I didn't receive it. Thank you.
