Trailer and Towing Supplies
The truck was dropped off after hours. The facility was fine.
The mileage I was charged for was not correct. I complained to the place I rented it from, they were off by 35 miles. Also the license plate on the contract and the license plate on the truck were different states. The provider said they were going to check into it.
The location is only open until 5 PM. It was difficult for me to make it to the location so early.
Friendly owners. THANKS
Unfortunately the pickup location was NOT the same as the reservation. The reservation was for 2730 8th Street South and the truck was at 4120 8th Street South. Also, the app required a lot of extra steps - adding a photo of a passport and an additional contact person. When I went to pick up the truck it took an additional 1/2 hour to wait for approval to verify my contact info before I was given the code to access the truck keys. Why not ask for this info when the reservation is made, rather when you are ready to pick up the truck? Using the app was NOT efficient and it was frustrating that the reservation confirmation and the location of the truck were different!
;Was told to take it by other trailers back it up to another one and unhitch it myself. too heavy ahd to go get himm again and had to help him unhitch it. I am 70 and bad back and heart. terrible service.. Time before this with another trailer same experience. The worst uhaul I have dealt with.
Don't park the trailers in the middle of a mud puddle. I rented a utility trailer, and it was parked right in the middle of a mud puddle. So I had to walk through the mud, to hook up the trailer. Tracking mud then, into my vehicle. Common courtesy would have avoided all of that.
Fast and friendly.
Very friendly. Very quick rental process.
I had rented from another location in town previously and was dreading having to return to it. This location is amazing and people absolutely great.
Help local location have enough blankets to meet the order request.
Need to quit double booking.
Easy 24 hour drop off. Convenient and easy to find. We dropped the truck off the night before instead of having to get up early. Received a receipt for thing in the morning.
Other than cheaper rates all is good
These guys really care about their customers they really do they took care of me and I have no complaints.
One tire was bald and the appliance dolly did not roll well. There was a big ball of plastic in the trailer when we got it. I was unaware that the trailer would not be tall enough to accommodate a refrigerator.
Worry free drop off
Excellant people to work with
We had put in our pick up location at 2421 48th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 when we made the reservation. When we got to the 48th St location to pick up the truck, the women at the desk was incredibly rude, didn't want to listen or even look at my reservation email, just shooed me away. We went to Berrets and HE WAS AMAZING! The women definitely needs to be fired or at least retrained in customer service.
Make sure the equipment is actually available when reservation is placed!
SIMPLIFY THE MOBILE APP.
The driver's side trailer lights fell off about halfway through the trip, so I am not sure what the location could do to preempt that.
Not a thing! Thanks for helping my boyfriend get it hooked up!
I had to clean the blankets out of the truck and basically hook everything up myself. The trailer had a flat tire on one side and I was told to stop at a gas station to check it and put air in it. I also did not appreciate the fact that the gas tank was 9/16 full at the start of a 1200 mile move -- I would expect it to be full upon receipt of the equipment.
