Nothing! Yvette(?) was awesome. I called at 5pm on a Saturday for a next day rental. She took care of everything and made it so easy. The office was clean and really comfortable. She had snacks and it just felt good to be there. It was the easiest part of my day! I am absolutely coming back to this location next time… super satisfied!

OLIVIA GThis location had a good appearance, clean and well maintained. Did a remote pick up that went mostly smoothly. My only complaint is I ordered a dolly and furniture pads which were not put in the truck. This was noted, with a photo, in the remote check-in process. I did not have time to wait for the location to open. Despite check-in question about my items, the photo of an empty truck, and a call to U-haul customer service within a few business days, I have still not yet received a refund for the items I never received.
