The location where I picked up (Ace Hardware) was great. They were very easy to work with knowledgeable and friendly!! However, this is my second bad experience with U-Haul and I hope I never have to use them again.

JENNIFER MWe were charged for a dozen blankets (we paid/ordered them) but when my husband picked up there were only 6....when he asked for either a refund or the other 6 blankets, we were told that no one was there who could do either & a refund would be issued later. We have not received the refund.
