The store hours are posted as 9:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. I was there at 9:00 to pick up the truck. The store keeper showed up to open the store at 9:14. He removed keys from the drop box before opening the store and after turning off the alarm and turning on all the lights he checked the booking and gave me the key. At no time prior to me taking the vehicle did he inspect or even look at the vehicle.

we just got the uhaul yesterday local moving in woodstock and that time they charged me $77 and after i filled up thr fuel also for $15 and when i went back to give that back, then they again charged me $22. so, that was so expensive. i feel they charged me too much. so i dont want to go back there and will never recommand to anyone
Gurinder SAfter drop off was charged and extra 15.00 not sure why, will call to find out. SHOULD OF BEEN TOLD WHAT TGAT CHARGE WAS.
barb cI was told I cannot park the truck there because they had no space, there was only one other vehicle. So I had to find on my own another location. When I called in they said they would notify the location I found and that was not the case so it was a surprise when I arrived. Then it took days before receiving confirmation of the transactions and fees taken and was constantly interrupted for several days to assist with your issues. I’ll never use U-haul again. Terrible experience!
TRUMAINE MClean the truck. And change the battery. Truck died on the side of the road .. didn't even have it 2 hours. And then made me late for work.
