The lady was very nice.\nHowever, I was told I was 15 hours late.I got it on Wednesday @6pm, so in my head Saturday, 6 PM would be drop off time.\nSince it's 3 days\nI don't know how that can be fifteen hours late

Gerald BThe gal who checked me in did not examine the equipment when I returned it. She just assumed it was ok. I had to do the actual unhooking of the trailer from my vehicle. she was very friendly, and seemed to know what to do but just seemed to miss a couple of steps.
