GARY PCharged an unauthorized fee to my debit card without being informed upon dropping off trailer. On the receipt where my signature should have been employee input in a x to verify my signature on a piece of paper that I was never shown.
DEREK GWas an after hour do off, so no interaction with the staff. I did call rhe next morning to make sure all was ok with my drop off and they were friendly and helpful with information.
