Have more options and keep your word. Honestly I should have gotten a discount for all the trouble. It was a pain. The staff in person were polite just not the lady on the phone that confirmed the reservation and lied about the extra 10 miles she said i was getting. I still never got an initial receipt to see how much I paid.
