The inside of the U-Haul was filthy. The whole U-Haul leaked terribly and ruined two mattresses.

Kent WThe whole rental process was easy but I would suggest that the truck have a full tank of gas to start with instead of being almost empty. This way it can be returned with a full tank.

Sandra NHad to push trailer out by hand due to mud and deep cuts where someone had been stuck already. Then received a call from owner saying it would be OK to drop trailer at a different location and to call him . Tried to call and text and no response given. Called uhaul for help and was transferred 4 times and being informed that I could be charged triple my quote. Went back and took trailer to original location and had to hand push trailer into spot . Yokum uhaul is a joke.
