There was nobody at the location. It was basically a lot with a small portable building for an office. Since no one was there, I just dropped the trailer on the lot and drove to the business next door and asked them if they knew who the owner was. They were used to getting that question and had his phone number written on the wall of their shop. Once I called the owner everything was all good......he said to just drop the trailer and go, which I did. Everything else was great!

HARRY SHave better accessible internet to be able to complete check in or out. I had to call U-Haul customer service to check in cause the the website showed I didn’t complete the check out, but on my phone it stated complete
