U haul changed the location of my pickup from Bohemia to deer park without notice then charged me for extra mileage. The attendant at sunoco was polite but not helpful requesting I move the truck twice and park in a location that did not exist

MIGUEL AEverything was perfect, my only issue was, i paid for a hand-truck/dolly but there was none, we check other trucks but none of them had any, but everything else was perfect and the person at the station was very nice and friendly.
Temis AIt took over an hour to check out the van and when I returned it I didn't get a receipt for 48 hours even though I handed the keys to the same person who checked me out. I had to call to see what was happening with the return after 24 hours of not getting a receipt.
