Truck had no heat ,and defroster only blew out cold air .It was freezing ,and pouring rain during a 4 hour drive from Pennsylvania.I had my 10 year old son with me and had to keep pulling off the highway to wipe the windshield down so i could keep driving and get him home .I called U-haul and was told a local manager would call me to discuss compensation .Still waiting on a call
