Not a very desirable neighborhood, wouldn't want to go there after dark. But the truck was there, and self-checkout went smoothly with customers service help.

This place is scary and dirty. The guy was nice but hooked up the trailer and no break lights. Told me to go buy an adapter and had me drive to a auto store (with no break lights or taillights) to purchase an adapter to plug in the lights. I was told later by the uhaul roadside that this should have NEVER HAPPENED and it's illegal to allow it. Also he asked if I wanted the $70 insurance which I said no but he still charged me the $70. When I call the number to talk to him it will not let any calls in as it was blocking any calls. So this site is pretty much useless and in a very bad part of town. I ordered it for the Canfield uhaul which was 5 miles from me and in a better part of town and for some stupid reason, The Akron uhaul sent me to get it in a very bad part of town 10 miles from my house.
