Having more than one person working to check people in. It took too long to get our U-Haul. The employee did the best that he could but the service wasn’t good.

I was charged for a extra day after the gentleman I spoke to said he wouldn't charge me to bring it back a hour late. I was charged a gas fee and a service fee when the gas was exactly correct and I was charged for extra milage when uhaul was supposed to cover it to drop the truck off at this location. And I was charged. Ill never rent from uhaul again.
karolyn JThe agent at this location was very nice and helpful. I learned that a truck rental does not guarantee a location, as this was the third option for the rental. Booked Chico, ended up in Yuba City, after being told Paradise. Agent had the truck ready and helped keep paperwork straight.

MARTIN SIt was frustrating because I had already done everything online, and yet it still took 30 minutes while he tried to upsell me everything I'd already declined in the online order, including more insurance. The truck was running rough- needs a tune-up. There were political materials in the office that made me uneasy.
