It was frustrating because I had already done everything online, and yet it still took 30 minutes while he tried to upsell me everything I'd already declined in the online order, including more insurance. The truck was running rough- needs a tune-up. There were political materials in the office that made me uneasy.
PAUL PDropped off at 5 pm same day Friday and was charged a 21 for a drop off fee I don’t agree with it. Reg bus hours only till 4. Unfortunately when getting my truck was an hour behind because truck was full of junk. And no one said I would be charged because I came after hours.
